By booking an appointment or receiving any services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation
• Appointments are scheduled through online booking.
• We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancellations made by the client before the scheduled appointment means you forfeit your deposit.
• No-shows are possible to be banned from booking.
• Clients are encouraged to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time. In that case, there is a 10 min grace period without penally. after 15 min grace period you are charge $20 fee. Theres a 20- minute total grace period before appointment is cancelled.
2. Payments & Pricing
• All services are required a $40 deposit that goes towards total amount of the service. Remaining balance is due at the end of service.
• Prices for services may vary depending on the complexity and additional services needed.
• Payment methods accepted include tap-to-pay, cash and such credit card/debit card.
• NO REFUNDS on services.
• If an issue is reported within 24-hours after the initial scheduled appointment, we will offer a redo.
3. Health & Safety
• For the safety and well-being of all clients and staff, we ask that you inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to receiving a service.
• If you have any known medical conditions (such as scalp conditions, pregnancy, etc.), please consult your physician before booking certain services.
• Clients must comply with all health and safety regulations.
4. Consultations
• A consultation will be provided at the start of your appointment to discuss your desired results, hair condition, and any specific needs or concerns. All new clients wishing to get color service are required to book color consult first.
• The stylist will recommend services based on your consultation, but ultimate responsibility for the desired outcome rests with the client.
• If you have any concerns about your service or results, please bring it up with your stylist during your appointment, so they can address it promptly.
5. Refunds & Complaints
• We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will work to resolve the issue.
6. Personal Belongings
• We are not responsible for any personal items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during your visit.
• Clients should take care to secure their personal belongings before or during their appointment.
7. Photography & Social Media
• By booking an appointment, you consent to the Salon taking photographs of your hairstyle or hair service for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly inform us otherwise. if you do not wish to be filmed please check off correlating check box below.
• We encourage clients to share their new look on social media; however, please tag us and give credit for any photos shared online.
8. Limitation of Liability
• We will not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred as a result of being serviced, including any adverse reactions to products used during the service.
• Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the stylist from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their visit.
• Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.
9. Terms & Condition Modifications
• We reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before their next appointment.
By booking an appointment and receiving services at The Indigo Bar, you agree to the terms outlined above.
